Job Overview

BeED is looking for a talented and energetic individual to join our team as an Training & Customer Support Executive. You look to delight the client with every contact of yours, in person, over the phone or with your emails/messages.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify learning needs by assessing knowledge of new or existing systems.
  • Prepare training materials including handouts and software guides.
  • Develop additional material to optimize the learning process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Degree in Business, Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position/capacity.
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Continuously improving all areas of Customer experience.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable story teller, supportive, compassionate and enjoy helping people in nature.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • In-house training of our products and system conducted by our senior team members.
  • Regular team discussions & meetings to brainstorm ideas and solutions.
  • Participation in seminars or related courses to continuously upgrade your skills and enhance your knowledge.
